Protesting Grade Schoolers Melt Trump Snowman in Effigy

"No Justice, No Cheese!"

Ms. Clark’s 4th grade class at Cedar Grove Elementary School led their schoolmates in a spirited protest this week, highlighted by the melting of a Donald Trump snowman in effigy.  Class spokesperson Hillary Adams, 9, said she was not familiar with Trump’s policies but her parents told her that he was “evil, like Rudolph Hitler.”

“Mrs. Ellis says Betty DeBoss is going to close down all the schools and fire all the teachers,” remarked third-grader Aiden Hennessy. “She sounds mean.”

“And Jose’s family will be deplorted which means they have to go back to Putin,” added eight-year-old Max Reynolds, chairman of the school’s Young Democrats club.

“My mom said all the Muslims like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Muhammad Ali can’t be Americans anymore.”  When informed that Ali had died in the past year, little Timmy cried, “See, Trump killed him too!”

The next major protest is scheduled to take place during April’s parent-teacher conferences when Mrs. Davis’ third-graders plan to occupy the gymacafatorium during outdoor recess and smash a symbolic Trump Wall of Legos in support of “our Canadian neighbor friends.”
